“ I'm always looking for restaurants that offer great vegetarian options and have driven by Fuji Sushi and Hibachi many times over the years and decided to try it. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 2 o'clock and was seated immediately. I have never had this type of Ramen before, and they were extremely helpful in explaining how to order it. They have the salad and soup separately and you can serve yourself, which was really nice. The Ramen came out quickly and was beyond delicious. My total with a drink before the tip was less than $18 and there was enough that I had leftovers. I am in Long Beach several times a week and will definitely be coming back. ”

I still have an image of my favorite roll,salmon and avocado,beautiful and flavorfu. It is my nigiri 101 and I always order it when I visit a new place as a test to see how well they can do the basics...10/10 on that one. Ambiance....clean and simple..dont Go for the ambiance...you will go back for the food ,service and fair prices. My wife had hibachi steak and lobster...high marks again. I would highly rec this low profile place and will revisit when next in LB area Ken ”
